Kayla Williams has been promoted to a Client Experience & Marketing Manager. Kayla has contributed greatly to the success of Willis HR through her role as Project Manager since November of 2018. She has over 6 years of experience in social media management, operations, client services and project management roles. Kayla has been a game-changer for the branding, marketing, and internal operations of Willis HR.

Jennifer Row has been promoted to an HR Advisor. Jennifer has consistently demonstrated her interest and knowledge of HR best practices while simultaneously serving as the Sr. Recruiter at Willis HR. She has directly led recruiting and employee onboarding services for clients in over 15 states since May of 2018. Jennifer has more than 6 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee handbook development and policy creation. She has quickly become a subject matter expert in SC, GA, NC, and TX employment laws. Jennifer has a thorough approach to applying HR best practices and is our Employee Handbook expert.
